Waste of my money! Doesn’t fit and falls out of your mouth. I don’t snore, but that is because I can’t sleep with this plastic in my mouth!

Nose strips, snore pillows… Nothing was working. From the first night I put it in I stopped snoring. Haven’t noticed sleep change but my fiancée has. Yes it actually works.

I’ve only been using it for 3 nights, and boy what a good night sleep, for both my husband and I. I find the pressure on the upper teeth uncomfortable, but not unbearable. All I know is I am finally getting a good night sleep. This surely beats all of the alternatives my doctor suggested.

I have been using this product for the past 3 months. I don’t snore anymore and only wake up once during the night, comapared to 5-6 times prior to using it. I feel more refreshed after i wake up. Highly recommended.

I used my ZQuiet for one night so far, and other than getting used to the pressure it puts on my teeth and jaw (minor, like wearing a retainer or braces), I got a decently solid night’s sleep. I woke up twice, the second time I just decided to get up, but I’m chalking that up to outside stimulae, and maybe the mild discomfort I had in my mouth. From what I can tell, this is normal when you just start using it. We’ll see how it goes!

Yes! Zquiet works for me. I’m shocked because nothing really works like the ads say, but Zquiet actually works! I can even wear my bottom retainers with it, and because I have to wear the Zquiet every night, I’m wearing my retainer like I’m supposed to. I referred Zquiet to a friend and it works great for him too. If you have sleep apnea, you probably should see a doctor, and Zquiet probably won’t work for you. Thank you Zquiet.
