I happen to have a. lot. of knives—I've inherited quite a few from my grandmother and keep them sharp. But this knife is the sharpest of all and doesn't need any upkeep. It's nice when things work as advertised, isn't it?

This was on sale at my local Walgreens so I got one. I must say am very happy with it. Its exactly as stated in the ad. Super sharp and well made. But don't think it will last long if you try and cut frozen food or meat with bones in it. No ceramic knife will work for that though. Bottom line...great knife and I recommend it to anyone :)

You'll never need to sharpen these extremely sharp knives. They are wonderful...just be very careful you don't cut yourself. I love them. They are the only knives I use now, plus, I love the free potato peeler I got with my order...also super sharp.

I bought a 2 sets of 3 different sizes of the YoshiBlades and worried the whole time I was waiting for them to ship that I had just thrown away good money for junk knives. Boy! I was SO WRONG! I absolutely LOVE, LOVE, LOVE these knives! They take a wee little to get used to because they are a rigid blade, but after a few times trying them out, you’ll be sold on them like me!! I am totally in love with these little knives! They are so sharp and so clean to use AND they will not oxidize vegetables and fruits when you use them like a metal blade will. (Think about how quickly an iceberg lettuce will turn brown if you use a metal blade to cut them with a metal blade.) But BE CAREFUL! These blades are the sharpest ones that I have ever had, so there is a very real danger of cutting yourself if you do not exercise great caution when using/cleaning them! But, if you are tired to squashing your tomatoes when all you want is nice, clean slices for your sandwich, do like me and buy the YoshiBlade! (And no, I don’t work for anyone who has paid me anything in any form for my review of these knives, I just GENUINELY like them THAT MUCH!)

Knife is easy to use; very sharp. Best used on vegtables. 4 rating due to chip in blade after first use. I like the peeler- works great.
