Yes - I love it!

I have used this product for about 2 months. My hair was thinning and breaking off at the ends. Since using Wen, my hair looks so much healthier and I’m noticing a lot less hair in my brush!

I really love Wen. I’ve been using it for a few months and don’t plan on switching back to normal shampoo. I love the cucumber and aloe cleanser and styling creme. I have very fine curly hair and it makes my curls more defined and full. I love it, love it, love it.

I have little hair and are very thin. Before using Wen I used to wash and dry in the dryer so that the tips would not be ruffled. After Wen no more dryer, they dry naturally with volume and balance, without frizz tips. I recommend the product. Very good!! :)

No - Awful smell

I ordered the Wen fig conditioning cleanser. As soon as I put it on my wet hair I was overwhelmed by the most horrible odor ever! The hot shower made it even more unbearable. I am an aromatherapist and work with hundreds of different essential oils, there are essential oils in this product and for the life of me I could not pinpoint what EO it was that was the source of this odor if it was even from an EO. Also as dry as my hair is, my hair did not feel at all clean after “shampooing with this product. I am now in the very complicated process of trying to return it for a refund. He claims to use it on his dogs, poor things even they deserve a proper cleaning.

When I saw the infomercial for Wen I thought it sounded way too good to be true. I have very damaged, bleached (and re-bleached) dry, brittle hair. I wanted to try it but wasn’t willing to pay that much for a trial, so I got the knock-off from a beauty supply store. I wasn’t that impressed with the generic, but I had to try the real thing after that. It was love at first pump. Btw, my hair is a little past my shoulders and I only use about half of the suggested amount of pumps. My hair is completely transformed. People noticed a differance in the quality of my hair after one use. I will never use another shampoo or conditioner if I can help it. The only downside for me is the price. However, if you buy from QVC instead of the Wen website, you can purchase single bottles of cleansing conditioner without wasting money on the stuff you may not want.

No - It works! But I wouldn't recommend it for the price.

It’s nothing special, but it really is a shampoo and conditioner in one. If I could buy just the shampoo/conditioner, then I would most likely stick to the plan. However, the company includes other products in the package that give them a reason to bump the price up to $30/month. I go through a big bottle of shampoo and conditioner that cost 20 dollars combined about every 8 weeks. I don’t think that Chaz Dean’s product does any more for me than my normal hair products except save me a little time.

I have normal hair- it’s long so the ends are a little dried out from highlights every year. The products, even the intense moisturizing mask, did not do anything to help the dried out ends. At most my hair seemed to retain some moisture for one day after washing it, but I don’t like to wash my hair every single day- not even with wen.

To their credit, customer service was very nice and easy to work with when I called to cancel the account. Given that, I would go ahead and try it! It works well for a lot of people, but I thought it was just average.

I can tell you that I have wonderful body and soft shiny hair after using the Wen System. It really does make a difference. I am in my 50’s and have really long hair that I stopped coloring in 2007. My hair is now a combination of gray (stubborn/coarse) hair and some very fine but frizzy hair. The bottom of my hair is colored and so it frizzes in the horrific heat and humidity that we are experiencing. The Wen Cleaner is fantastic. The hardest thing to get used to is the lack of lather. Buy one of the small bottles and try it for yourself. It is worth giving the product a chance. I think you will be pleasantly surprised. Enjoy :-)

I am African American and have been natural for a couple of years. This product allows my hair to come after washing very easily. And, I do not have “good hair” :) I have none to very little breakage. I would highly recommend.
