Does Wax Vac Really Work?

Cleaning the ears is often the most overlooked part of body hygiene. Needless to say, this routine is essential in good auditory health. While the use of cotton swabs is the most common practice, it is actually not advisable. Compared to the conventional cotton swabs that medical professionals recommend against, Wax Vac claims to be a more effective and safer way of cleaning and drying the ears. This cordless ear cleaner features a vacuum function that is said to gently suction out dirt particles and moisture. To use, the silicone tip of the WaxVac is inserted into the ears. Wax Vac is noiseless and comes with a built-in examining light on the tip. It is also equipped with a safety guard to prevent it from reaching the eardrum.

I have problems with getting water in my ear while swimming so I ordered it for that reason only. I ordered the two pack. Anyways since neither of them will even turn on I would have to say no they don’t work. I can’t even get the little light to turn on. So I took it apart to have a look. Very Cheap. Nothing but a plastic fan on a little small electric motor. Very cheap switch and I think that why neither of mine work. I might replace it one day and see but from the looks of it the my time is more important.
