I bought my first pair when I had a back case of plantar fascitis. After the initial pain from the PF was down, I put them in my shoes and followed the instructions for wearing. I have had them for a couple of years now and they have really helped all the pain in my foot….no more PF. I have bought a pair for each of my shoes so I don’t have to keep changing them! Now, if they would make a clear pair for sandals….that would be heaven!

The instructions say to use it only 1 hr a day and if it hurts, to try it later and still start at 1 hr. It’s a bit uncomfortable at first, but after walking 20 blocks the first day in sneakers my feet seemed to have warmed up to them and by the time I got back home at that point I was not aware of them being in my sneakers at all. I did see a noticeable difference in my posture and my back did not hurt at all, which has been a big problem for me for awhile.
Try the different inserts to see which is best for you for like a week and if they need to be changed that may help also.
The low, medium, high are marked at the bottom of each insert.
This is not a scam! If it worked for me it will work for anyone.
I am about 30 pounds overweight and basically have a flat foot so the low ones seem to be working best for me.
I bought them on ebay for $10 and waited 3 weeks from China to receive them but they were worth every penny. I have the Walkfit Platinum and am thrilled that I no longer have any back pain!!

I bought the WalkFit Platinum orthotics at Target for only $18.99. I was skeptical at first because I’d seen so many bad reviews on other sites, but upon reading the information included with the product, I learned why. So many people had complained their feet felt worse when wearing the orthotics, but I’m sure they didn’t see the direction to only wear them for 2 hours on the first day. You’re supposed to gradually increase your wear time day by day after that, which is exactly what I did. Now, the pain in my feet, knees, and back is virtually gone as long as I’m wearing my WalkFits! I still have pain once I take them off, but it’s nice to be able to work without complaining about my feet or knees hurting too badly. I recommend them to all my co-workers and especially to anyone who works on their feet. They really work!
