Tracy Anderson Metamorphosis Method is the workout women will need to keep their body in shape. It’s the workout series that is useful for women with different body structure types. This exercise system has a workout plan for ab-centric types that will take out added weight in your midsection and stomach. If your body is hip-centric, it will build your small waist and lessen your large hips and thighs. Supposing your body is glute-centric, your former flat looking thighs and will be back in shape. Your heavy butts will tone down to its proper size. Women who have omni-centric type of bodies can have their body structures corrected in three months time. This workout plan and exercise can be completed in ninety days and you will be satisfied with the results.

The workout is amazing. You can easily follow it and I like the soft music. She very adequately explains what you are supposed to do. I have been doing exercise DVD’s For years, starting with the Firm series 20
Years ago, Windsor Pilates, core fusion, multitudes of yoga DVDs. I am sore in places I never knew I had. I also bought the post pregnancy DVD by Tracy. I had my last baby years ago, and this DVD was superb in every way, Hitting abdomenals from many angles. It was not to hard to do most of it the whole way through the first time and I was terribly sore the next day, so it’s working. I last bought the dance cardio DVD and it will take quite a bit of practice to master that, yet it’s possible. I would highly recommend the Matt DVD and post pregnancy belly workout. A+ Tracy, for making a challenging DVD that uses unique moves I have never seen before. The arm workout is the best ever, in two weeks I have lost an inch off my upper arms, and I never have had that happen with any other DVD. Overall very pleased with DVDs.

[..]. Tracy Anderson’s Mat video is incredible and produces amazing results. I feel sore in places I didn’t know I had and I feel so accomplished after I finish this DVD. I’m short and Latin so my body type is curvy but all of my fat settles in my mid-section, thighs & hips and my butt. She hits all of my problem spots in one solid hour. Some reviews complain that she doesn’t talk to you enough, but I prefer that; I don’t want to hear someone shouting at me to keep it up or encouraging me to feel the burn. I don’t need a cheerleader, getting rid of my ugly body is motivation enough. This may not work for every body type, but I’m completely satisfied and I would recommend this DVD to anyone who is serious about getting a beautiful, toned body that isn’t bulky or gymnast-like.

No - Boring

[..] I work out bc I enjoy it and am always looking for new fun things to add in to change things up. I ordered this system and first of all was floored at the nutritional plan which was basically starvation. Secondly, the videos were so boring I couldn’t do more than 10 minutes. She basically does the same moves over and over again while staring off into space and a background narration (she talks about what she is doing over the recording instead of cueing while she is doing it). Also, there was absolutely no cueing at all to the cardio workout and you have no idea what she will do next. She basically says to keep moving to the music. So you’re better off saving your money and picking your favorite playlist and getting your groove on like no one is watching. I turned right around and sold it for less than half of what I paid because I was happy to get rid of it and I felt it wasn’t worth what I paid anyways.

Hi Folks,
I would highly recommend Tracey Anderson’s Mat Workout Video, as opposed to Metamorphosis. I have been working out for over 20 years, and the Mat Workout is like no other with regard to results. I have a butt now! However, the Metamorphosis video was very hard on my knees and not especially inspiring. Younger folks may really like it however. Get the Mat Workout first.
