The problem is that my friend didn’t know that her microwave was toe small and didn’t have a turn table which is needed for this product to work properly. (Should have been in the ad for the poduct that you need this much power and a turn table in your microwave – had it been she would not have ordered it.) Also they charge 19.95 for shipping and handling each additional item and send in the same box! (free cookbook?!!) Overall very unsatisfied. Rating of 1 being low.
