T-Core is the workout for men that keep their bodies in shape. It is a six minute workout that can help you slim down your waistline. These are workouts designed to form your butts the way it should be . By doing the T-Core workouts, you will be able to achieve the results you want, You can do these exercises anywhere you wish to. The T-Core for men has different levels of resistance and this was designed to develop your whole core. There are three different levels of resistance: forty pound resistance level; eighty pound resistance level; one hundred twenty pound resistance level. Going through these levels will puts you in shape and give you flat abs. Your upper and lower parts will be developed. The unequal parts of your body will be dealt with constructively.

It works but, it broke very quickly. The rubber tubes inside are not very thick and it snapped after not a lot of uses. Now I need parts for it and the product isn’t being produced. I really like it, but now it won’t work.

Gives resistance, of course it works. If you don’t use it though, it will not. It’s not a magic pill. Used for a week or so and am losing weight faster with it. Keep it on light till you harden your core a little.

When I bought it, I kept the receipt. Maybe it could work, but not for me. Didn’t feel it in my abs as I do when working abs other ways. You would think that it would by using abs to push it down, maybe I am just not coordinated enough.
