This is mainly for lightweight cleaning. I bought it for my wood floors. It only works if your floors are already clean. If you actually have sticky stuff to remove, you are better off getting on your hands and knees. For the price, I was very disappointed.

I bought this and was pleased with it for spot cleaning, but the pads get dirty quickly, so I can’t really clean the whole floor with it…it would take about 10 pads per room. It is lightweight, so if my tile floors just have a few noticeable stains, it is good for that.

It does work, but it is flimsy. Mine broke and I would not replace it with the same product. I will be looking for something that has more steam holes (this only has steam coming out of one hole)and gets hotter.

mop is hard for me to push around though my floors were not noticiably dirty, The few spots that were there had to be gone over several times. It also leaves a film on my hardwood floors. The other 3 reviews were good so I don’t know what I could be doing wrong.

Easy to assemble. User friendly. Very clean laminate floors. Wow they shine now. No harsh chemicals, no odors, great for quick pick-ups, spills. My 3 year old can use this mop. Use distilled water to extend the life of product. Buy this mop!

I’m extremely satisfied with my Shark Steam mop. I use it on my hard-wood floors throught my house. It removes dirt easily and makes a great shine. I gave it only 4-stars because sometimes it leaves streaks on the wood; however, that’s a small price to pay for a job well done.

The shark steam mop works. The hot steam takes up stuck on jelly, etc from the floor with little effort. Shark also makes a hand held steamer that easily cleans surfaces – counter tops, fridge, dishwasher stains, etc. I highly recommend. No harsh chemicals, just water.
