The Ultimate Steam Pockets come in different sizes and shapes to clean different parts of the home. It can clean and sanitize at the same time, and dries instantly. The steam spray uses SharkBoost, an EPA registered disinfectant. I don’t like having to hold the button down with one hand while holding the wand with the other. The reservoir doesn’t hold enough water. Also the product needs a shoulder strap. Otherwise, the product does work.

I dont know why everybody else is having problems with it but it works great for me. The steady steam blasted out mold and dirt from the grout in the bathroom, cleaned the bathroom to a sparkling finish. The kitchen i wont even start there, lets just say I hate germs and grease and it works great. Yes you have to hold the button down for it to work, but if thats all I have to do for a clean house im not gonna complain. I have no problem with the amount of steam that comes out, it seems like the same amount as on TV to me. over all I love it and as a new mommy I’d recommend it.

My work purchased the shark and I tried it in the kitchen to clean the grill and the grease in the oven and it did not remove the baked on grease and took too long to heat up and clean. I still needed chemicals to clean the grease off. Great for sanitizing.

I ordered the Portable Steamer because of the Shark name, because of the demo on TV. It took forever to heat up, and you had to keep a lever depressed for the steam. Your hand will cramp up long before the water supply is used. It continually make a grinding sound, and the steam has no power to clean anything. It does not put out anywhre near the amonnt steam as advertised.
