Does Sensa Really Work?
Sensa is an innovative method in losing weight. Instead of the normal diet pill or diet drinks, the manufacturers came up with a weight loss formula that is presented in powder form. The user is recommended to sprinkle Sensa to everything that they eat. It is sometimes called the “Sprinkle Diet”. The product has an official website that contains information about Sensa. According to the developer Dr. Alan Hirsch, “Sensa works with the sense of smell to curb an individual’s hunger without affecting the taste of the food”. It is stated on the website that a person who uses Sensa will lose an average of around 30.5 pounds in 6 months. Each package of Sensa has two sides of “shakers”, one will be used for salty foods and the other one is for sweets and this product may be ordered online through the official website.

SENSA WORKS! I am losing weight and am not hungry much at all. I LOVE IT!

My husband and I both used this and absolutely nothing happened in 30 days. We didn’t change anything and didn’t gain, but we lost nothing. They even told us, it takes a week or two to work so we stuck it out. I can’t recommend this product based on our experience.

I love Sensa. I lost 10 pounds in the 1st 6 days. I am never hungry! When I go out to a restaurant, one meal goes for at least three meals. I’m taking it on my cruise so I don’t gain weight on it!

I tried this about a year ago & had no success. It didn’t make me feel full faster & I was still hungry again about an hour or two later. It DID make me feel a bit nauseated, but I don’t think that counts.

Free trial = nothing to lose, so I thought what the heck even though I had resigned myself to never losing this weight. Much to my surprise, Sensa worked for me exactly as advertised. I’ve lost 14 lbs. in the first 6 weeks.

Sensa works. I’m eating 350 calorie meals, and finish them feeling totally full. I’m averaging 1200 calorie days; the weight loss claims are true. I’m telling all my friends.

I thought this product was an interesting idea and since they had a free trial for $4.95 decided to try it. It doesn’t always work, but it often does.
I noticed it mostly when I ate something that would previously not leave me feeling full, but with Sensa it made me totally full and the fullness lasted a long time.
I tried it merely for the appetite suppression, as I don’t plan to nor need to lose weight, but considering it can make you eat less and still feel full when combined with exercise this could be pretty effective. But you can’t just continue to be lazy and expect to lose weight
