My snoring was so bad, my husband couldn't sleep with me. From the first night I used it, the snoring stopped! I have used it every night for over a year. It takes a little getting used to in the beginning, but it's well worth it. Before you spend lots of money going for sleep studies (and I don't know of anyone who has gone for one that was not told they have sleep apnea and have to use uncomfortable, noisy and expensive face masks), try this first!
