My daughter asked for this product for two Christmases and her birthday. This year her aunt got it for her. She was excited and had friends over to use it. Everyone tried to use it but no one could get it to work. Great marketing guys! You have fooled American Families into to buying this piece of garbage:( How many of these have been sold over the last year and half?

The dough sticks to the plastic pieces, making it impossible for kids to create anything. It was frustrating NOT FUN.

The dough sticks to everything. The kids can not get the plunger back out because it’s too hard. This whole product is a joke. I will be sending it back. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!

I would give this 0 stars if I could; this product made me go crazy. Too messy, too many pieces, the dough never came out evenly, the shapes stuck to the molds (even with a healthy dose of flour and/or cooking spray), and after all that, when they baked, they came out not even remotely looking like their shapes. I mean, most dough does rise into cookies, right? Did the makers of this P.O.S. not realize this? Worst product ever – threw it out after the first miserable attempt.

My kids were so excited to make these. I am a retired Home Ec. teacher so I know how to make cookies (as well as probably all mothers). The directions were terrible. It does not say to keep pressing till dough comes out to make the ears, whiskers, or lion main. If it would have just said that it would have make it a lot easier. We just could not get them to work. Then we discovered that. It says to put a generous amount of flour with the flour shaker that comes with it. When you turn it up side down all the flour comes
off. It just did not make sense. When the dough was real cold it worked a lot better. My kids still had fun. The directions could have been written better and could have made more sense.

OMG! What were they thinking when they decided to make this product? Not only does it make a HUGE mess of everything, but it also makes the cookie dough mushy and gross. My children are now in tears because they were looking forward to making and decorating cute and fun shaped cookies. This product is truly a joke and waste of time, money, and patience.

So far my daughter could not make any cookie. She has tried different type of dough and none of them worked.
