Does Perfect Meatloaf Really Work?

Too often meatloaf comes out of the oven so soggy that it crumbles when you try to serve it, or it sticks to the bottom of the pan. The Perfect Meatloaf pan is designed to end those problems and cook the “perfect” meatloaf every time. To use the pan, just prepare your meatloaf, place it on the air bake tray and pop the pan in the oven. When cooking is done, simply remove the pan from the oven, and then lift and slide the tray to serve your meatloaf. The secret is the non-stick “air bake tray” that elevates your meatloaf so that it does not sit it its own fat; instead heat circulates around the meat so that it is cooked evenly. As seen on TV, the Perfect Meatloaf can also cook pork loin and stuffed peppers. It comes with a “Meatloaf in Minutes” recipe book with lots of delicious recipes.

I used this pan to convection cook a meatloaf in the center of my gas grill. It came out perfect! I’ve since repeated and no problems! I love the fact that I can lift it out and leave any grease behind. I was very surprised and impressed.

I usually make a meatloaf with only 1 pound of meat, as there are just two of us. This pan needs a meatloaf of at leat 2 pounds. Other than that, it’s great. The meatloaf lifts out easily and makes it perfect for slicing.

Yes - It's okay...I like

It cooked my meatloaf pretty good. I had to let it “rest” in the oven, though…versus letting it rest outside of oven to get a perfectly cooked meatloaf. I like the rack that allows it to slide out. I haven’t tried other recipes yet, though. I recommend for amateur cookers that haven’t cooked meatloaf before and/or who have cooked meatloaf that didn’t cook well.

Bought this pan expecting juicy and delicius meatloaf in an hour as promised. After an hour I had blood raw meatloaf. I had to cook it an additional hour and a half. The tray did lift out once the meatloaf cooked.

Yes - Great idea

This product is a wonderful idea. They make a meatloaf pan about 1/2″ deeper and then they give you a perforated insert that fits inside the pan and holds the loaf above the deeper outer loaf pan. The result is that all the fat drips away from the meatloaf when it is cooking and the meatloaf ends up tastier and less fatty. I am very happy with this product.

I have used the Perfect Meatloaf pan for meatloaf and it worked great. It is even better for loaf breads. It bakes the best banana nut bread I have ever had. I would recommend pan to everyone.
