Does P90 Really Work?
Have you considered the P90X program for your fitness goals but you find it too extreme for your current fitness level? You will want to try doing the P90 program first. Legendary fitness trainer Tony Horton claims that the P90 program will allow you to build a slimmer yet strong body without having to go through the advanced intensity that the original P90X program requires. What’s great about the P90 DVD set is that it has been designed with everybody in mind. The exercises in the program are much easier to follow and are at a more leisurely pace compared to the P90X, which makes these exercises much easier to absorb. However, despite a lower level of intensity, the developer of the program promises that you will still be able to achieve a higher level of physical fitness after 90 days with the P90 program.
