I agree with the other review and think that if you use “as directed” it is kind of useless. It is best when you can feel a pimple coming on, but it hasn’t broken the surface yet, but it works on existing acne as well. I use it multiple times a day, probably 4 or 5 times on each site. I like to use it repeatedly until I can feel like heat working within the pimple. It has a slight stinging sensation if used more than 2 times in a row, but it let’s me know that it is working.

Been using it for about a year. Instruction say use once or twice per pimple per application. If used this way I find that it is useless. But the way I use is 8 to 10 times per pimple per application and the pimple heals and deflates by the next day.
