I use it all the time espically the small blade. I cut all the vegetables, except tomatoes for my homemade chili sauce and most all chopping I would do by hand. It can be a litte rough on the hand. Because if your slices are to thick or hard you Have to really slam it. I put it in the dishwasher and cleans up wonderfully. I am thinking about buying a second in case mine wears out. The blades pop out the first time you try to slice an onion. Doesn't even work with tomato, converts it to mush. I don't how they manage to show it on TV. It's a rip off. Don't buy. Save money.
