Does Murad Acne Complex Really Work?
Murad goes by the tag line, “Transforming Skincare” which would be very nice if it could do what it claims it can, especially with regards to a problem that has long been going on through the ages, namely, acne skin care. According to Dr. Howard Murad (the dermatologist who had developed the products), the Murad Acne Complex products can overcome and sooth inflammation by balancing oil production and at the same time, refrain from drying the skin out. Results, he claims, are promised within four weeks. The Acne Complex kit includes a Clarifying Cleanser which claims to eliminate 99% of facial bacteria, an Exfoliating Acne Treatment Gel for clogged pores, and a Skin Perfecting Lotion for hydration that results in smooth, soft, and clear skin.

I have sensitive skin. I can’t use the benzoyl peroxide because it helped my face but then made it worst. Murad is and makes your skin better and not worse. If Murad makes your skin worse then you might try proactive because you might be allergic to something in the product. Or you might really have rosacea.

Nothing I tried as an adult with acne in my 50′s until I got this system, I have not had a break out since and that was over 5 years ago, no benzoyl peroxide to blister my skin like many have in them….

I would have to say that Murad Acne complex sucks really bad. I bought it thinking it would work but it didn’t at all. It made my face break out even more so that’s why I ordered proactive. Wish me luck and don’t waste your time and money on Murad Ance Complex.

I have been using Murad for the last 5 years. When I first started I had breakouts and some difficult under the surface pimples. Murad worked. I don’t even see a dermatologist now. I just use it to wash my face and every once in a while I’ll use the stuff to fight acne or if I get a pimple I’ll use the topical ointment. I have used Proactive and have been to many dermatologists. This stuff is the best at a decent price.
