Does the Milana Bra Really Work?

Bras and underwear are every woman’s must-have. However, while these essential pieces of garment provide function, conventional bras can be uncomfortable to wear for most women. To address this concern about bras, the Milana Bra (from the makers of the Genie Bra) is designed to provide both comfort and style for women who wear it. This machine washable bra is made of comfort stretch fabric that is 96% nylon and 4% spandex fits the body’s natural contour. The Milana Bra, seamlessly constructed for easy slip on, does not have any underwires, digging straps, and hooks that can cause discomforts and irritation to the skin. Instead, this underwear product features a knitted wide support band. It also has a magic pouch intended for inserting modesty pads, which provide extra lift and coverage.

Pros-comfortable, multi colors looks natural under clothes and won’t show too much cleavage.
Cons-had to cut away the lace because it looked like my nipples when it was the seams that were not sown evenly. I recommend to wash the pads seperatley and not too often. They become flemzey and the material seperates from the pad. Won’t stay in place. Suggest- that the lace do not have a seam and have permanent pads put in. My size is good. I wear a 38D. My shirt size is a XL. My bra is an XL. If it was bigger I would loose support and my straps would fall off. Overall a very well made bra if you have the right size. There are a few tweeks that need to be corrected. Will definitely purchase this bra again.

No - Not for the large busted

This bra is not for anyone with a cup size larger than a B. I bought three different sizes and they were all the same size when I compared them. Once you wash them they shrink as well.

Yes - Comfort - yes, Shape - no

The comfort is better than expected, but it does not keep its shape nor does it shape you. I sweat a lot and have to wash pads along with bra every time and the pads will not stay in place and the covering has come off of every pad in all six bras I purchased. This took place within 6 months of purchase. I had to learn to put them on by pulling them up and I feel they roll because I am a large size of 42c. But because they are so comfortable I would recommend them for everyday wear, but not for shaping needed for formal wear.

No - Sizing is WAY too WRONG
1 star1 star1 star1 star1 star

The bra is sized way to small. I am a 42 DD. I normally buy Vanity Fair Bras. I purchaced the milana bra by genie in a size 2x. I could hardly get the darn thing on. Size chart states on the back of the box @X for bust size 47-49.5 20 W, 22W- Bra/cup size 40G, 42DD, 42DDD, 42G, 44C, 44DD, 46A, etc. This definitely did not work for me, and even there largest size sold a 3X, would not work and tight as this bra was and falling out of it. Maybe a 5X would work for a truly 2X woman. Luckily, I purchased it at our local Boscovs. I am returning it to the store today.

Yes - Pads do not stay in place
2 stars2 stars2 stars2 stars2 stars

I have not even worn the bra yet but have washed it. When I took it out of the washer the pads were not in there proper position. Both pads were on one side of the bra. So looks like adjustment will have to be made every time they are washed. I did not bother putting them in the dryer because they barely fit even though I used the size chart. Not happy so far.

Yes - Best wireless cami bra ever
5 stars5 stars5 stars5 stars5 stars

Hi, my name is Sam I am a 34 to 36 a size or a 34 b. I have been looking for a wireless lace or Cami bra to wear under tank tops that are low in the chest area, especially working in a warehouse on warm days. And I have finally found it in the Milana Cami bra. What I love about the Milana is that is has no underwire, no hooks in the back and the straps are not too tight and not too loose, kinda of in between which gives me less stress on my shoulders since they are broad. I like thin paddin, since my boobs are not in the center but the opposite of it. I like how it is wireless and it is all one seamless material that helps not support only the front but the sides of chest. It is especially hard to find bras because having a shallow chest, the wire would still poke at my breast tissue on my sides and wireless the band would be to thin and not wide enough. So yes if you are small cheated and especially shallow, then the Milana bra would be a perfect solution and I hope this review helps. Thank you.

Yes - Works, for the most part
4 stars4 stars4 stars4 stars4 stars

For the most part, what they say is true. I am a 38DDD. The padding on the shoulders is great. There are no seams or hooks. When I get home at the end of the day I am not ripping my bra off like I used to. It’s soft and comfortable. I have the one with the cami built in. The downsides for me was that the sizing was not accurate, go up by two at least. They say the bra does not roll and mine does. I am one full size bigger on one side and this bra accentuates it more because everything is squished to the middle. But overall, I love how when you walk, there is also nothing flabbing along your sides to prevent your arms from getting in front of you. Great coverage. This bra does not lift and separate like my old ones as much, but the comfort factor outweighs that for me.

I love this bra! You do have to be careful getting the correct size. It does tend to roll a little, but so much better that an uncomfortable ill fitting bra. I can not wait for the new colors.
