It makes you feel really weird. I experienced hot flashes and splotches all over my skin. It is a waste of money. It makes you feel really weird and there is no way to stop the process. I've been taking it for over 10 years and recently had issues with the company not sending me my pre-paid order. Poor customer service at this point and I have headaches from not taking the product.
