Do MBT Shoes Really Work?

MBT Shoes are self dubbed as the “anti-shoe” because it is their claim that unlike most other shoes, MBT shoes have the added feature of helping athletes’ feet to recover after a workout. What’s more, the construction of the shoe, according to them, enables improvement of posture and engages muscles that are oftentimes neglected in a normal and traditional workout. These shoes are endorsed by Chris Carmichael who is an endurance coach. MBT Shoes come in all sizes and a variety of styles for men, women, and children. Features of the shoes include a step rolling action that addresses back pains, neck stress, and joint pains among others. With continuous use from the time a child takes its first baby steps, they claim that the health benefits of MBT Shoes are maximized and maintained.

Tried these shoes because my orthopedic doctor told me it would relieve my condition of tendonitis in my feet. Did not help and as much as I liked the idea of these shoes, they did not help me. However, if you do not have foot trouble I would give these a try because they are so interesting to wear.
