Does Maxiglide Really Work?

Maxiglide is an ergonomic, streamlined and easy-to-use hair straightener by Maxius. Hair can be straightened in just a few minutes, they claim, in this way making it a good time saver for busy people. Even without having to make the hair smooth, with Maxiglide it can be straightened right away. With the Maxiglide, a user can even style hair so that it can be curly or have a wavy bounce, it claims. It also has a Steam Burst System which makes it more effective for very frizzy and curly hair. Ceramic technology, they say, can also make hair more shiny and silky, and at the same time revitalize hair through negative ions that will distribute heat effectively. Heat is variable enabling a user to have more control over how much heat one wants to use. Included are protective features for the scalp and skin.

I’ve owned my maxiglide for 3 years and it works well with my long thick african-american hair. It really cuts down the amount of time I spend straighting my hair after washing

The newest Maxiglide with interchangeable plates is fabulous!! The smaller width works better with shorter hair. If you have 4b hair type, don’t dismiss this. It really does a nice job. Just part and comb out as you would with any flat iron (I blow out first for more manageability but that is for my hair. Not because the Maxiglide requires it.)
