The Maxi Climber is piece of exercise equipment that claims to provide a full body workout in just 10 minutes when done 3 times a week. As the name implies, the MaxiClimber is said to simulate a climbing motion, similar to the ones regularly done by rock and mountain climbers. It is known to be made of durable, cold-rolled steel bipod with an adjustable height for people of different body lengths. The bipod has a set of pedals and handles that allow a person to “climb” while moving in place. Like rock climbing, the Maxi Climber aims to sculpt the muscles of the legs, the butt, and the abs, as well as the triceps and the biceps, while at the same time also providing a decent cardio workout.
