Does the Magic Bullet Really Work?
Magic Bullet is primarily a kitchen blender that seeks to save space consumed by having multiple products, and also bring the effectiveness of having a single kitchen appliance that does the work of many. Magic Bullet achieves this by having a motor base which fits perfectly into a number of attachment cups serving various purposes. Depending on the attachment cup used, the product may serve as a blender, juice extractor, and food processor. Users may also purchase additional attachment cups to serve other purposes. The Magic Bullet does not have an on off button, rather the motor comes on immediately an attachment cup is correctly placed on the motor base. Magic Bullet is a product of Homeland Housewares, LLC.
Magic Bullet Reviews

i have been using Magic Bullet for 2 years now and it is simply fabulous. yes, i do agree that it does not work for chopping (if you want the perfect chops) but for soups, fruit blends, gravies, dips, salsa, batters, milkshakes, smoothies, muffins, ice drinks….ooh the list is long…it works wonderful. a must have unit. i have personally stored the small cup, tall cup with the unit and the rest goes into hiding till i have a party.. :)
I definitely recommend the product. and would request buyers to beware of fake products

Bought the Magic Bullet for my wife as a gift and we were totally disappointed with it right out of the box. Cheaply built out of thin plastic it felt cheesy at first touch. The first time we attempted to use it, it leaked fluid all over the base, pulverized to liquid almost everything we put in it EVEN THOUGH WE WERE FOLLOWING THE DIRECTIONS TO THE LETTER. We took it back for a refund, but since we bought it on line they would not refund the shipping. Do yourself a favor…..avoid this product.

This is poorly made, and replacement parts are not readily available. The warranty is a JOKE. Stay away from this unit.

I am about to launch an all out war against any importer to NZ of this product or anyone who sells it, in the knowledge that you can’t buy spares of the one thing that actually wears out, the white plastic seal ring that fits between the drive and the container. Apart from that major problem, the unit works well, but is still highly over rated. I have been without mine now for over a year, trying every means to get spare seal rings.

We were pleasantly surprised at how the Magic Bullet works. Actually, we were surprised that the Magic Bullet works, period! The PROS of this product are that it is very easy to use, operates quickly, the unit itself takes up little counter space, and the blending cups are a good size for drinks. The attachments and blade are easily washed (best to rinse everything the moment you’re done using it; otherwise, you’ll be soaking it for a while.) The CONS? It can be LOUD, so early-morning smoothies might be something you want to make only when everyone is already up. The attachments and cups can take up space wherever it is you store them (I kept mine in a box on top of the refrigerator so they were all in one space. May not have looked too attractive but it did the job, kept them all handy.) During blending or chopping, the food furthest from the blade can get stuck, meaning you’ll have to pick the entire unit up, secure the cup part, and give the whole thing a good and thorough shaking, before trying again, and even then, you may have to repeat this process. As with any blender, if there is leakage it’ll wind up in the teeny recesses of the inner lip of the unit, and can be frustrating to clean, particularly if, like me, you have very large, thick fingers. (A toothbrush or bottle brush is ESSENTIAL when cleaning this part of the unit, I found!) The juicer attachment that came with mine was only OK; soft fruits and veggies worked best. “Chopping” tomatoes resulted in mush. Ditto for onions and some other veggies. Lessening the time resulted in SOME decently-chopped pieces but mostly huge chunks left behind, an unappealing mix. They say dishwasher-safe but found our cups got scratched and cloudy after ONE TIME on the top shelf. Chopping ice or making drinks with lots of ice is a mostly frustrating affair; see my report above on how it chops vegetables – same with ice. Overall, the Magic Bullet CAN save time, it IS fun to use (for certain things), makes a terrific smoothie or blended drink, is versatile, and easy to clean. Its pros do outweigh its negatives. I have recommended it to friends and family and those that have bought one liked it. It’s not quite the revolutionary product the infomercial would have you believe it is, but for what it is, it’s decent.
