Does Kettlenetics Really Work?
Kettlenetics is a way to slim and tone one’s body with the use of a KettleBell. The workout consists of seven signature movements that are dance inspired. These are found in a kit which includes three different workouts on two DVDs and a four pound KettleBell. Master instructor Michele Khai put together this dance inspired weight reduction and body toning workout that claims to tone and sculpt one’s entire body. Khai is, herself, a former professional dancer who noticed that dance workouts use the entire body at once. By swinging the KettleBell in the workout, she claims that almost every muscle in the body is put to work. The KettleBell provides resistance training in this program, which is combined with cardio fat burning that is made possible with her dance movements.
