Does Keratin Hair Treatment Really Work?

These days, there plenty of options and choices for what women can do with their hair. They can conveniently color, bleach, perm, curl, and straighten their hair just by visiting their preferred hair salon or through the use of products. However, these visits to the hair stylist often result in damaged and brittle hair that is unattractive and hard to work with. Keratin Hair Treatment, a technology that originated in Brazil, is said to rejuvenate the hair from the adverse effects of styling and bring back its radiance. This is done through replenishing the keratin that gets depleted. Keratin Hair Treatment also claims to offer protection against elements that damage the hair such as extreme temperatures. It can be done in a hair salon or through do-it-yourself procedures.

The treatment works for awhile, but it does not have a huge effect on your hair. It’s also really expensive and you have to get it done every 6 months.
