When I 1st got this and tried to use it, it wouldn’t work and you could hardly hear anything. I was upset a little because I didn’t want to spend $30 or more for a bluetooth. Anyways I saw that it came with instructions and I read them and I noticed that you need to play with the volume on your phone and the radio to get it to work and also check what station is best. Once I read everything and did what it said it worked great. I tried calling a friend and she could hear me great and I could hear her great also! If your going to get this READ THE INSTRUCTIONS!!!

Works great, but you must use short headset cable /included with you phone/, if you use JJ adapter for mini USB will NOT work,,most likely other phones will have a same problem,,use original headset connector that comes with you phone,,

First of all,you should check your radio to see if that station is free, b4 purchasing this unit. Buy one & not two, the S&H is almost as much as buying another one. You shouldn’t be driving & speaking on a cell in the first place, so your getting what you deserve, should it not work properly. It works for me, when my car is stopped or parked, so I’m complying with common sense, Oh! what a concept, huh?

I was regretting buying 4 of these after reading the reveiws on it. To my surpise when, they arrived, they worked. My wife and sister were both pleased with them. It was worth the money I paid for them.

Yes, it does work but you have to tolerate the warble. Yes, you do have to turn the volume way up.

I picked a Jupiter Jack up at a CVS Pharmacy in Manhattan a few days ago (impulse buy). Since I live in Europe I had never seen any publicity about the product. For $10.00 it seemed a nice little gadget if it would work, but it doesn’t. I tested with a cell phone and an MP3-player; the radio volume has to be turned wide open to hear something and there’s loads of static.
Jupiter Jack will be lining my junk drawer for the next couple of years, I guess. End of story.
