I got this as a gift but does not seem to work at all. I have tried both station and still nothing they need to have a better way of giving instructions and troubleshooting tips.

I bought Jupiter Jack and I was excited with it, but it didn’t works! i’m not sure if it didn’t works because in Brazil we’ve stations at 99.3 and 101.3 frequency?

It’s great! It’s super clear when I’m driving in or around Baltimore but when I’m in Va that’s when I get a lot of static. I’m assuming that it might be due to the military bases around that area.

My 10 year old bought the Jupiter jack for me for Christmas. I told her it was a wonderful gift and worked great. Truth be told, I simply put my cell on speakerphone mode and it sounds better than JupiterJack. Much easier to activate. The JupiterJack works but is staticky and very low volume even with the radio on “10″
I keep the JupiterJack in the car and occasionally use when my kid is present.

It works. I got some static until I velcroed my phone case to a place on the dash where it didn’t get static.

It worked for me – you have to dial your phone first and then plug the sucker in. It worked well for me. When it was plugged in and then I dialed, it said “call failed.” But dial first and then plug it in. It’ll be fine.

I am unable to get 99.3 and 100.3. I have tried in multiple areas. So it is a waste of money.

when I dial my phone using jupiter jack it cuts my signal. In otherwords,soon as I dial, the phone on the other end rings once then it says call failed.
