Jawhorse by Rockwell is basically a portable clamping device that offers to hold anything you have for it while at work. The Jawhorse is acclaimed to serve as a good replacement for the bulkier workbenches, sawhorses, clamps, and bench vises. It comes with a foot pedal that is said to apply a force of up to 2,200 pounds to prevent held objects from slipping. The Rockwell Jawhorse also has a rubber pad that keeps wood from scratching or denting while being held. The product is lightweight, folds to occupy less space when not in use, and has a tripod base for good stability even on uneven surfaces.
