Does Iron Gym Really Work?
With the Iron Gym it is claimed that many exercises can be performed such as chin ups, pull ups, sit ups, push ups, and dips. In this way the full body from the chest to the arms, abs and back are all toned and shaped. This multifunctional exercise equipment can be attached to the door without any use of screws because it is designed to use leverage. An added advantage are the three different grip positions, namely the narrow grip, wide grip, and neutral which you can use and switch around to add variety to your exercise routine and constantly challenge different muscles. When detached from the door you can reposition it to do push ups, crunch ups and other exercises. The product claims that with just a few minutes of workout daily, results will be seen in just 30 days.

Iron Gym Reviews

Somehow it does actually work without tearing the door frame down. I’m about 205 and use it with the door frame to my room. As far as the exercises on the floor it works as advertised.
