I bought two and the one that i was using had worn down on the bristles so i just called the customer service line and they took care of it, i shiiped it and they sent me a new one and rembursed my shiiping. i love the instyler, it straightens and curls my hair so perfectly. i have super thick and long hair and even my hairdresser would take like two hours to do my hait the instyler is a breeze. My hair is thin and fine. I put some product on my hair when it is damp and let it air dry (doesn't take long because it's thin and fine). Then use the Instyler on low heat, and it gives it lift, body and SHINE. My only recommendation would be to make the rotation direction changeable, as I have difficulty making both sides of my medium short hair come out the same. I really need it to work my hair looks to flat without the instyler.
