The concept of the product is great but it is very cheaply made and within a month the mop handle broke. If they made a better mop handle this product would be perfect. It’s a shame really. I know a lot of people with disabilities that could really use something like this.

I loved my mop when first bought it and used it ………..then the handle broke and I can’t find another one to replace it, I emailed TSC they told me to call the company………I bought the newer model within the last month and had to send that one back!…the bucket was very heavy when empty! and much heavier (of course) with water in it, but the handle was all wiggly and the mop flopped all over the place!…what\’s with this company? I’m wondering about the percentage of unsatisfied customers…looking at these comments I wonder how the company stays in business.

Bought my spin mop in march on the shopping channel, at first was great within 1 month the foot pedddle on bucket broke,husband repaired, then 2 weeks later handle on mop snapped…e-mailed company 2x. No response,,,so much for guarantee!!! I would not recommend !!

The mop works great for about 15-20 uses then the mop handle breaks and it is totally worthless. I e-mailed company asking for another handle, as of 3 weeks later, no response AT ALL.

Received mine yesterday, had to use right away. It worked great. I might say it’s the best thing i’ve ever bought from HSN (for the money). It seems to be well built and it is very easy to spin. A good buy.

THE ONLY THING THAT SPINS WITH THIS PRODUCT IS THE MOP SPINNER. IF YOU DON’T PUT MOP ON FLOOR BE FOR IT STOPS SPINNING IT WON’T SPIN LIKE SHOWN ON TV. WHEN YOU MOP IT WANTS TO GO ON ITS SIDE INSTEAD OF SPINNING. VERY DISAPPOINTED WILL SEND BACK, BUT SHIPPING WILL COST AN ARM AND LEG.
