Does HotelPlanner.com Really Work?
Travelling can be fun. But while reaching new places is something to look forward to, the hassles of preparation take out much of the excitement. For this reason, HotelPlanner.com has been put up. This website aims to make every trip convenient and affordable for its clients. As a leading travel service online, HotelPlanner.com claims to offer the lowest rates by providing quoted prices from the representatives of the hotels themselves. HotelPlanner.com also provides event services as well as assistance with car rentals, flights and cruises. It gives its clients the chance to choose prominent hotels and still save. With HotelPlanner.com, groups can get access to bigger discounts for different get-togethers like reunions and weddings or for additional conveniences such as bus tours and other transportation services.
HotelPlanner.com Reviews
If you cancel your reservation less than 7 days befor you loose all your money tax included. Beware as I lost 390.00 and sent an email 7 days befor then they said I had to call the hotel that then made me call for the next 5 days and give me the run around until someone said I am sorry but the is a 100% not refund cancelation policy with in 7 days. That my friends is BS. Please book elsewhere.

Expedia, Hotwire, Travelocity, etc. I’ve used all these sites and I can tell you from experience that the lowest prices are with HotelPlanner.com. It’s also very user friendly plus it’s free.
This is the best deal in my experience.

This is my third time using hotelplanner.com. I used it for my trip to Italy, Canada, and now the Big Apple. Works like a charm. I’ve had countless friends ask me how I’m able to afford traveling (especially in this economy!) and I always sing Hotelplanner’s praises. I’ve saved so much money thanks to their services and will definitely continue to use this site for every trip I plan in the future.

I had an amazing experience. I got an amazing rate for my wedding, and my hotelplanner agent helped me get a free presidential suite for me.

Hotelplanner screwed up my hotel reservation and refuses to do anything about it or provide any sort of compensation. After many days of back and forth with them, they offered me a “$30 off next purchase”–the terms were January 3-2011 through January 3, 2012.
And this “offer” was made late in the day on January 3, 2012! In order to give them the benefit of the doubt, I emailed several times to see if the offer could be extended?
They put a damper on what was supposed to be a joyous holiday vacation.
I will go *out of my way* to avoid booking through Hotelplanner again. They do not live up to their word and were miserable to deal with.
