Does HealthMaster Really Work?

The Living Well HealthMaster claims to be more than just a blender, it is actually a fruit and vegetable emulsifier, they say.  Endorsed by talk show host Montel Willians, the Living Well Health Master is designed to do 31 kitchen jobs at once.  It can be used, they claim, to make cold smoothies, sorbets, and ice cream.  HealthMaster can also be used to make hot, robust sauces and soups.  Other uses:  Making salsas, dips, fruit and chunky nut butters, salad dressings, organic baby foods, fondues, pates, sandwich spreads, whip cream and milk, fold batters for cakes, muffins, crepes and pancakes, mince dry or fresh herbs, et. al.  This product has a 100 year warranty on the motor.  According to them, this emulsifier retains the vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, and phyto-nutrients in foods.  The Health Master blender works well with commercial grade culinary blades, and can be operated, they say, with simple one touch settings.
