Ginkgo Biloba is composed of antioxidants called flavonoids and terpenoids that fight the free radicals in the body. Despite already being popular in the field of alternative medicine, Ginkgo Biloba is still being continuously studied for its benefits in human health. The most common use of Ginkgo Biloba is for the treatment of circulatory disorders. When it comes to mental health, studies show that this traditional medicine can help in improving memory.

This product without fail has “recuped” and maybe even, improved my memory, and the ability to distinguish importance, versus clutter. I had significant carbon monoxide poisoning, which did in fact show in x-rays, in 2005. I began to take Gingko not long after, and have found that if I do not take it for a few days, irritability, and a feeling of “crossed wires” and feeling a sense of loss of accountability, and memory retrieval. Whether this is a symptom of “psycho-sematics” or truly there is a benifit, I am not medically licensed to determine. I will say, that for the past 7.5 years, 120 mg (two 60 mg. capsules) at the start of the day, has definitely made a difference, and peers and family, have noted a difference in my over-all attitude, and recollection, and command of “on-the-spot” recall.
