Does Fluidity Fitness Really Work?
The principle behind Fluidity Fitness is to engage all of the body’s 630-plus muscles to work in integration, reshaping the entire body. Focus is on strength training to increase lean muscle mass and body metabolism to burn more fat. Michele Austin, Fluidity Fitness CEO, is certified by the American Council on Exercise. Central to the workout are the Fluidity Bar and Fluidity workout videos. The Fluidity Bar is a smaller version of a ballet bar which can be folded down for easy storage. When set up, the Fluidity Bar, designed by MIT trained engineers, provides the stability needed to do a workout for one. The Fluidity workout videos show different exercises that can be done with the use of the bar. Austin also has a series of supplements called the Fluidity Detox and Weight Loss System that help in burning fat.
