Does Flex Force Really Work?

Flex Force is an exercise training equipment that claims to have the ability to perform 50 exercises on just one machine. The entire system includes the Flex Force System, a full personal trainer DVD set, a program guide, a 30-day training calendar, a daily meal planner, a dining out guide and a daily journal. With the entire kit, you can have your full workout at home, and complement it with a healthy meal plan and a strategy for the maintenance of your workout. Because of all this, they like to compare it to having a personal trainer at your beck and call. According to them, among the exercises that can be done with Flex Force are the unilateral bent over row which targets the back; the seated biceps curls, the biceps reverse curls, the seated hammer biceps curls, and the supine biceps curls for the for the brachioradials; the seated wrist curl and the seated reverse wrist curl for the wrist flexors; and the seated incline triceps extension for the triceps branchii, to name a few, they claim.

I really can’t say anything bad about this machine. It’s very sturdy construction and you can do a lot of exercises. Its a space saver and it works. Highly recommend!
