With the entire kit, you can have your full workout at home, and complement it with a healthy meal plan and a strategy for the maintenance of your workout. Because of all this, they like to compare it to having a personal trainer at your beck and call. According to them, among the exercises that can be done with Flex Force are the unilateral bent over row which targets the back; the seated biceps curls, the biceps reverse curls, the seated hammer biceps curls, and the supine biceps curls for the for the brachioradials; the seated wrist curl and the seated reverse wrist curl for the wrist flexors; and the seated incline triceps extension for the triceps branchii, to name a few, they claim.
