Does FiberFix Really Work?

Does your house have a lot of gaps, cracks and leaks that you need to fix? Traditional sealants and putties are very hard to work with and do not always provide the long term fix that you need, but FiberFix could be the easy yet effective solution for you. Fiber Fix is a powerful repair wrap that the manufacturer claims will do most of your patch up repairs. To use, all you need to do is soak FiberFix in water, and remove the excess. Once that is done, simply wrap FiberFix onto the area that you want to repair like leaks on your plumbing, broken pieces of furniture and other applications. FiberFix’s patented fiber resin hardens like steel and is water tight, so you can easily repair leaks or damage to your home or furniture without having to call a professional to do the job for you.

I love FiberFix! It works so well and really does harden like steel. I would definitely recommend it!

I tried to wrap a copper pipe to stop a leak. The leak now comes out the two ends of the roll and I can’t remove it because it’s hard as a stone.

I tried to repair a hole in my garden hose with FiberFix that I bought at a local home improvement store. I followed the instructions and tried to wrap the hose (I even sanded it first as they recommend) and the wrap wouldn’t cling to the hose at all. I even tried more water hoping to get the resin to seep out of the tape, but it was no good. I waited overnight hoping it would harden overnight, but still no go. This stuff just doesn’t work, and it is a fair amount more costly than duct tape.

I wrapped a badly leaking valve for the bathroom faucet. I had the house water shut off. Followed directions to the letter, used the whole roll. Never stopped the leak, and now I cannot remove the hardened wrap from the pipe! HELP!
