This is just an excellent product! We made perfect poached and boiled eggs, and even steamed vegetables. Eggs turned out absolutely great, and it was easy to control from soft to hard. Cleanup is a snap, no large pots and pans to drag out. I have nothing but praise for the Egg Genie!
