Does Dukan Diet Really Work?

The Dukan Diet was created to help you lose weight by recreating your eating ways for permanently well balanced weight. If you properly follow the instructions in the plan you can supposedly reach your desired weight. As detailed in the book by Dr. Pierre Dukan, there are three phases involved in the Dukan Diet plan: 1. The Attack Phase – This is a pure protein diet and you can eat high protein food that will produce real weight loss that can be noticed. 2. The Cruise Phase – Gives you thirty two vegetables that will lead you to your truly desired weight. You’ll lose weight by alternating eating pure protein and vegetables recipes for three days. 3. Consolidation – This was created to prevent you from going on a rebound by eating the food you used to eat. It allows you to eat two “celebration” meals a week. The Dukan Diet plan has a disciplined schedule, five days per every pound lost in cruise phase.
