Having your important documents handy in your computer gives you the advantage of having information and records right on your finger tips. CrashPlan is an online backup service plan that claims to provide a secured personal backup system that ranges from 10GB up to unlimited online file storage, depending on the type of account that the subscriber chooses. The Crash Plan system is said to work by simply having your files uploaded then downloaded later for future use. CrashPlan also offers automatic backup software that records your files automatically everyday in the subscriber’s hardware storage of choice.

So I am using the + plan for unlimited data and up to 10 computers and I am loving it. Both my daughters have their laptops backup, I have my business laptop backed up, my wifes personal laptop, family desktop, Windows Homes Server, and soon my parents computer all with external hard drives as well backing up. I have all ready had to recover documents for work after a crash and I did that while I was still in trial. I was sold at that point. All of that is only $12 month to month and gets cheaper the longer you subscribe. Excellent product and keeps getting better.
