Does CLA (Conjugated Linoleic Acid) Really Work?

CLA (Cojungated Linoleic Acid) is from the group of chemicals found in fatty acid linoleic acid from the main source on dairy products and beef. According to research, 3.4 grams of CLA per day is needed to get the benefits of CLA on body fat. Supposedly, CLA does not make big fat cell shrink rather it keeps the small fat cells from getting bigger. People who are dieting have the tendency to gain weight after they stopped dieting, compared to those who are taking CLA who are have the tendency to form muscles and not fat. CLA is supposed to have benefits for weight loss such as an increase in the metabolic rate, decrease on your waistline, muscle formation, lower cholesterol and triglyceride levels, lessened insulin resistance, reduction of food allergies and enhancement to the immune system.
