Does Cage Fitness Really Work?
Each person’s fitness goals are different. Needless to say, there are various methods that will achieve the desired results. Cage Fitness is said to be a workout program that will be compatible with any fitness goal a person wants to achieve. It consists of 5 workouts, each lasting only 5 minutes. The CageFitness workout will start with a warm up, then goes on to target the upper and the lower body in the next two phases of the routine. This will then be followed by a combo round before finally being capped off with a cool down exercise. Cage Fitness is expected to last for half an hour, as there would be a minute of rest in between the phases. This workout program also promises to be suitable for training of athletes across sports disciplines such as basketball, golf, and mixed martial arts.
