My Mom tried making juice one morning and it woke everyone in the house, the noise is HORRIBLE! Later she tried cutting different kinds of fruit and she said “Where’s the trash?”. It’s super thin and it doesnt work! She tried making tamales mix and it got stuck as well! Please DO not Buy it, It wont work!

Well what all guys and girls say here is true… it works like 4 times before it breaks… (I heard that from a friend) I bought it and tought I would use it for more simple stuff like juice drinks and
vegys…It works fine as long as you do not use it for what they did on tv!

I used it for times in a year and a half. It broke and the warranty was done. I bought it to slice cucumbers to make pickles. It worked for that. I always laugh at the first of the infomercial the lady trying to chop is pathetic! I do however love the little bullet it works very well

Since the first day we received it, the unit leaked. Then after a few months of usage, all of the bottom of the main vase has cracked, and the unit leaks more than the Titanic.
Of course, customer service is non-existent.
Good idea, garbage quality.

I purchased this like a year ago and I used the blender part for like 4 times and the motor burned so the rubber part on the bottom needed replacement. Then I called and they send me the part, I used it again and it doesn’t work anymore it doesn’t liquify the food, u can see the big chunks. Please think about it twice before throwing your money away its not worth it. Go to an appliance store and buy a good blender or juicer, or whatever you need but this is not worth the price. Love the juicer, no problem slicing dicing. Chops ok, make dough without a problem. Of course you must not expect it to work like independant dedicated machines. Most people having a problem are pushing the machine instead of letting the motor/machine do the work. Cleaning the juicer takes me about one minute. Have not had the motor overheat nor bog down while I have been using it. Overall I like it.

This is crap all that it suppose to do it does not. Used the shreder blade to male a frozen drink and it fell apart. The plastic parts started breaking inside.

I purchased my machine approximately one year ago. The machine function well;however, the slicer blade failed in the center post spline area. Three months ago, I contacted the company, and requested their assistance in pointing me to a site where I could purchase a replacement blade. I received an initial request for additional information, to which I immediately responded. Since that initial responce, I have heard nothing from the company, and subsequent emails have went unanswered. I currently have a very expensive paper weight ion a kitchen shelf. Buyer beware!
