Does Brazil Butt Lift Really Work?

Click for More Info About Brazil Butt LiftWith Leandro Carvalho’s Brazil Butt Lift, one can have a trimmer, shaped bottom, they claim. In fact, they say Carvalho is sought by top lingerie and bikini supermodels, as he is the “Brazilian Butt Master”. Now they say you can have Leandro’s secrets with his DVD fitness program. They say Leandro’s secret is his TriAngle Training method, which focuses on the three major booty muscles from several angles simultaneously. Your hips and thighs are trimmed, the glutes are shaped and rounded, and your booty gets a lift. It looks great from all angles. Leandro adds that there is a personalized butt transformation type for all ranges of booties, including yours, he claims. This workout combines elements of Brazilian dance, cardio workouts, and signature lower-body exercise movements. You can go from saggy to svelte and look very sexy from the back, too, they claim. A kit includes three DVDs with six workouts on the glutes, a booty makeover guide booklet, an easy to follow nutritionist created meal plan of Brazilian inspired recipes, Triangle Training workout cards, a measurement tracker card and tape measure, and a pencil so you can do the pencil test before you start each session.

This is the most boring workout I have ever done! On top of that, it’s very hard to do and to keep up with and I don’t like all the scenery changes every minute! I cannot bring myself to even pop in the dvd anymore it’s so BORING!

Yes - Works, but is exhausting

I am not a physically active person, I have 2 toddlers so that’s about all the activity I do. This program was way over my head and I could not keep up with the fast paced moves. I do believe this would work if you do all the workouts for the full 30 days. I just don’t have the time of an hour to 1.5 hours every day while being a stay at home mom. One of the workouts made me pull a muscle in my lower abs and I stopped doing it for 2 weeks and just haven’t been motivated to continue the program in its full extent.

Yes - Good Workout

I borrowed this from a friend that got it as a gift but never used it. There are a series of workouts and a few schedules you can choose to follow based on your body type and goal.
The workouts are fast paced and high intensity. A lot of the moves involve squats and lunges which may be hard on your knees or hips if you have previous injuries. According to the schedules they provide, you should be prepared for 60-65 minutes consisting of (usually) 2 workouts.
I found that at the beginning my legs (thighs) would fatigue quickly and were sore the first week or so from all the squats and lunges. I had to work my way up to being able to complete the full workout.
This workout reminds me of an aerobics class but all the moves focus on the butt and thigh area with slight attention to the core.
I would not recommend this to someone who is not already in moderate shape or heavily overweight.
