Does Blood Type Diet Really Work?

Dr. D’Adamo, who authored the book book Eat Right 4 Your Type, is introducing the concept of the Blood Type Diet. He claims that weight loss can be achieved by a specialized diet that takes blood type into consideration. For example, based on the principles of Blood Type Diet, it is said that the Type O population’s diet should consist of protein-rich food while those who have Type A blood are advised to have a high intake of fish and vegetables.
