Does Beano Really Work?

One common problem suffered by even healthy people is having the hard time digesting the food they eat such as the ones containing complex carbohydrates and protein, and this can lead to gas, burping or bloating. Beano, a gas medicine that is supposed to be faster compared to other treatments from flatulence, contains a natural enzyme that prevents gas before it starts. Most gas comes from vegetables, so people are advised to take one tablet of Beano before eating a nutritious meal with broccoli, cabbage, spinach, carrots, cauliflowers, Brussels sprout, corn, and especially beans. Beano is designed to prevent gas in the first place. It is categorized under antacid products, and it is available in tablet form and Meltaway tablet for faster relief especially when you’re away from home.

I have used the product several times. It has never prevented gas much as it claims. I just know to avoid certain foods instead.
