Does Ask Sunday Really Work?

There was a time when having a personal assistant was something only the rich can afford. But now, with AskSunday that is no longer the case. AskSunday can assign you a virtual secretary to do tasks like schedule doctor’s appointment, get dinner reservations, or give you a wake-up call. It doesn’t matter where in the world you are. AskSunday claims you assistant will be available to work for you even when you are travelling. With an assistant, they claim, you can save time and increase your own productivity. According toAskSunday, when you register they will assign one virtual assistant to work especially for you, to become familiarized with your working style, your needs, and how you want your outputs. Now you are free to focus on the big picture, as the small details are handled by your assistant. They add that with a virtual personal assistant you get personalized service without the added expense usually associated with a new employee. You are also freed the extra technology costs, office space, health insurance, 401(k) contributions or taxes, they add.

No - False advertiseing, no refund for trial!

I used this service for the trial period but they did NOT refund my money nor did they accomplish a single task I requested them to do.

An example was I asked for travel plans to go to NYC for a 2 day period. I set the price limit and gave a 2 week range for the dates. they told me, after a hour of searching, that such a trip would be impossible to achieve for my budget. I then did a 5 minute search and found several flights that came well below the range.

To be fair I have a business partner that uses them and loves every moment. I may have had a bad experience, just be warned, you might too!

They’ve been doing a good job, but not on time that I need it done. It makes me decide to move to a new one. Might be Getfriday or Lifenzyme, not yet confirmed.

Yes - Quick & intuitive

I would rate AskSunday 9/10 overall so far. I like how quickly my DA reacts to any task that needs to be done and how he seems to be intuitive as to what I ask for my tasks. The DA’s at AskSunday are quick learners. It is great when someone listens to your advice/requirements and you see the positive difference next time.

Does this work? No! Don’t waste your precious time. The quality of the results I have received are total garbage. I can’t even believe how lazy they are. Slow with terrible results. And I’m a new customer! Wouldn’t you think they would work hard for new customers?

No - Would recommend this to my enemies

I should have known when I tried to sign up for a dedicated assistant in April but the facilities were flooded and the business closed for weeks… that this wasn’t something to get mixed up in. Fail on my part. I inquired about a DA in May when they were back online and found out 3 weeks later they had started me on the DA service without my permission, and without telling me. My DA emailed an introduction and I emailed back a list of appointments I needed, with detailed contact and schedule information, said which ones were urgent, and that I needed a status report by close of business the next day. Nothing. I email the guy’s boss. Twice. To ask for a new DA, then to cancel the service. Nothing. I call customer service, no one answers. Then 11 days later, the DA says he has made the damn appointments which were urgent 11 days ago, which I’ve already made myself, and now I have to call to cancel all of them. Since I can’t reach them to cancel my service and get a refund, now I have to dispute the charge through my credit card company. If you’re an evil bastard, you deserve this service. Everyone else, run far and fast!!

No - Terrible Service

I have used dedicated assistant service 20 hours per month for 2 months now. During the trial period, my dedicated assistant was very responsive. However, ever since, I have not even gotten a response on any requests despite calling and emailing my assistant, his manager, and customer service numerous times. I have basically wasted $450 and gotten nothing from it. Horrible experience.
