Tried them and it was a waste of time and money!! I really think culture has something to do with it. They do not understand the concept of URGENT.
I’m working with a new company called uasistme, so far I find it great!

I should have known when I tried to sign up for a dedicated assistant in April but the facilities were flooded and the business closed for weeks… that this wasn’t something to get mixed up in. Fail on my part. I inquired about a DA in May when they were back online and found out 3 weeks later they had started me on the DA service without my permission, and without telling me. My DA emailed an introduction and I emailed back a list of appointments I needed, with detailed contact and schedule information, said which ones were urgent, and that I needed a status report by close of business the next day. Nothing. I email the guy’s boss. Twice. To ask for a new DA, then to cancel the service. Nothing. I call customer service, no one answers. Then 11 days later, the DA says he has made the damn appointments which were urgent 11 days ago, which I’ve already made myself, and now I have to call to cancel all of them. Since I can’t reach them to cancel my service and get a refund, now I have to dispute the charge through my credit card company. If you’re an evil bastard, you deserve this service. Everyone else, run far and fast!!

I have used dedicated assistant service 20 hours per month for 2 months now. During the trial period, my dedicated assistant was very responsive. However, ever since, I have not even gotten a response on any requests despite calling and emailing my assistant, his manager, and customer service numerous times. I have basically wasted $450 and gotten nothing from it. Horrible experience.

The responses sent are absurd, there are hidden charges for almost any task – categorized as proj task. improper cust service.
