I make exercise 5 times in a week with my Air Climber and it reduces inches in my belly. I don’t count how many pounds I lose, but I feel it in my clothes. I’m very happy with the Air Climber. I only have one concern. because one of the bands broke a week ago and I don’t know how to find new resistance bands for my Air Climber.
