Does Air Alert Really Work?
Air Alert is a physical training program that anyone can do for three days a week except for week 15 which must be four days a week. You have to build up the strength in your muscles to have the needed lift you need to improve on your jump. The three day workout that changes from week to week gives your leg muscles time to recover. It has two types of workout charts. The odd and even number weeks have the same arrangement order for exercises but the days are different. The odd days are Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays are the even days. Week eight was designed for muscle recovery Week fifteen was created to breakdown your muscles, shock it and prepare them for the last recovery. It will add 1 – 2 inches to your jumping capabilities.
